Welcome to the new website of the Sirrah Cocker Spaniels. Here we will tell you about ourselves. Being Cockers we naturally get up to all sorts of mischief, not all 'showy' and perfectly groomed poses. Here is the real world of the Cocker Spaniel.

We have been looking after our human companions, Maria and Roger, for over twenty years. Most of us were born and bred in our home with many of our brothers and sisters going to new homes to look after their companions in the proper Cocker manner (we hope) . We usually get on well together, except for the occasional 'discussion' over toys and bones, but our best times are on the beach or in the fields with our noses twitching and tails wagging.

 The pictures here show some of us. Centre stage is Leia (Joaldy Little Lover at Sirrah) our matriach (13/09/96-19/12/08) pictured at seven getting ready to show in Veteran classes. Top left is Tim (Sirrah Stormbird), Leia's son (20/09/98-16/10/09) pictured at two years old. Bottom right is a Leia great-grandson, Bentley (Sirrah Silver Dawn) enjoying the beach in Ireland at 16 weeks old.

On this website will be pages devoted to individual Sirrah Cockers, group activities !, Sirrah Cocker history, links to other Cocker Spaniel related websites, a guestbook and eventually a blog.
